Tom served as a funeral director and preneed counselor in Pennsylvania and was a field sales manager from 2014 to 2021. Before joining FDL, he spent three years as a preneed marketing representative.

Tom graduated from Northampton School of Mortuary Science and obtained his Pennsylvania funeral director’s license in 1997. Since then, he has helped at-need and preneed families while always supporting local funeral homes.
